We are gearing up for another stellar year as the snow starts to pile on the runs and everyone starts bustling to prepare for the season. I believe every winter we learn what works and what doesn’t work as well when it comes to school visits. I strive to collaborate with teachers and trip coordinators to make the process as easy and fun as it can be!

Hudson Bay Mountain invites you to reserve your school visit Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. School group pricing is available at great savings. In March, to further accommodate school bookings we are open 7 days a week. March 5-9, 12-16, and 26-30 are currently available. Come four times and you receive an additional 25% off your fourth visit! We would love to host your group’s educational day on the snow!

At Hudson Bay Mountain we promote healthy living while providing our pre-paid lunch program. Participants have the option to sign up for a delicious prepaid lunch making lunchtime more convenient and affordable. See participant/coordinator information for details and price.

This season we are proud to continue offering our Chaperone Orientation Day which we run in conjunction with your School District. The purpose of this day is for chaperones and coordinators of your School District along with Hudson Bay Mountain to have fun on the snow while familiarizing themselves with the policies and procedures regarding school trip safety. Tentative dates for these orientations are Dec 9 and 16, 2010, with more dates available as required.

New this season is our more streamlined pricing. There are 3 options every participant can choose from; lift ticket, rental and a lesson. To make collecting payments from participants and invoicing easier, there is a price for one, two or three options per participant. No matter what options they choose.
